Keys and Lock-box

• Lock Box code for spare key 7496

• House keys are on both sets of keys for Mini /Audi on key rack which is in kitchen on wall behind coffee machine (next to fire blanket),

• Laundry and back door both have keys in (on the inside).

Cars

Both Mini and Audi keys are hanging next to coffee machine by kitchen exit door.

Bins

Bins are put out Monday eves for Tuesday morning collection:

• Monday 1/1 - Green General Waste Bin

• Monday 8/1 - Green General Waste Bin + Yellow Recycling Bin

• Monday 15/1 - Green General Waste Bin

• Monday 22/1 - Green General Waste Bin + Yellow Recycling Bin

Pool

• Pool cover on at night and off during the day...keeps it warm and helps lessens water evaporation.

• Pool scoop there if needed for leaves.

• If bottom of pool grotty, pop pool cleaner in pool and press ‘on’ on control panel in shed behind pool wall... it will complete its pool clean cycle and then turn itself off. It can stay in the pool or come out if you prefer.

  

• If pool water level falls below filter box level, set timer for ~90 mins, pop hose in pool and turn on.

• Lights in pool: Use little IRIS remote - press/hold down to turn on and off

  

Gas, Hot Water or Electricity Problems

To shut off the water mains in case of burst pip etc. the meter is in the front garden on the right hand side in front of tangelo tree.

There are two gas hot water units - one on each side of the house.

Gas Isolation is inside box on right of house as you come out the front door next to hose reel.

Power/electrics isolation is inside box on left of house as you come out the front door (wall-mounted cabinet box next to the front-door, can't miss it).

Retic and Watering

The reticulation is set to come on early morning & dusk on Sundays & Thursdays for 30 min per station. If it is really hot, would you mind extra hand watering the back (don’t worry about the front) as these plants are still establishing.
